large comfortable room and bathroom
The worst thing was that Booked.net said I could have a twin room, but when we arrived, there was no twin room available - so the hotel staff very kindly gave us two Queen size rooms for the price of a twin.

Gavin and Lucy, the young and personable couple who run Ruskin House, were welcoming and could not have been more helpful. They keep the rooms immaculately clean an comfortable. I would recommend Ruskin House to anyone visiting Byron Bay.

location: the hotel was just off the town centre, bars, restaurants, beach, and close to shops. found cheeky monkey's with perfect drinks 300 metres away.
Nothing bad to say.

The room was stylish and large with a jacuzzi and a separate toilet in the separate bathroom. The location was perfect and nice, close enough to walk to the town centre! And it was also very close to town/attractions, and Byron Bay on a Friday night...

the rooms were clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. the hosts were incredibly accommodating and welcoming, even when I arrived late. the location was perfect, with the town center and main beach just a short walk away. the property had a charming character and a relaxed ambience. I especially loved the common backyard where I could chill after a day at the beach. I will definitely be coming back to this place next time I visit Byron Bay!
Nothing, it was perfect! 👌.

Breakfast was awesome
The only thing that I could think of is no undercover parking

As a sales representative I am often away from home, so it is very nice when you find a 'home away from home'. Very comfortable, very nice owners. Great coffee in the morning, yummmmm. I was able to get local knowledge, I was informed of the town layout and anything I may need or want to locate. I was given appropriate privacy, I would most certainly recommend this establishment. And it's location is great, you are close enough but not too close, just a short stroll. All around Ruskins House deserves its fine reputation.

Delicious breakfast options to suit everyone, including a free fruit salad, a hearty Continental spread, a hot dish, and excellent coffee. Conveniently located in the heart of town. 🍳

On a noisy street.

Nice room and spa bath room. Friendly owner.
More like a Home-Stay and too expensive. Lack of privacy.

Dan, the owner, was absolutely amazing! He was so caring, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He gave us the best restaurant suggestions and his food, being a chef, was mind-blowing. The location was perfect, close to shops, cute cafes, and chain restaurants. The owner was very accommodating and didn't rush us to pay. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The beds were super comfortable, and the sheets didn't irritate my sensitive skin. Christina, the hostess, provided great local information and the breakfast spread was jaw-dropping. The outdoor dining area was a great addition and the location was far enough from the hustle and bustle. We would definitely go back!
